Mack and his entire team helped me through the work comp process. I wish I would have called him sooner when it happened instead of working directly with the insurance company. Mack, Jan and the rest of his team answered every question and was quick in their response. If they didn't know the answer they would find it and called me. I can't thank them enough for everything they did and helped me keep my sanity.

This office with Mary and Mr McDermott held my hand through my law suit and Successfully achieved a settlement against a major corporation. They were honest, patient and thorough, providing experts and content that led to an agreeable end goal. I meant to do this review sometime ago but I get emotional still thinking of my accident. Stephanie took care of me. She listened to my concerns and validated my feeling. She treated me with respect and helped me through a process that I never been a part of nor understood. She helped me understand the vocabulary of the law which I haven't been exposed to before. I hated to be in this situation, but I'm thankful that Stephanie was there to help me through it.
