My husband hired Mack Babcock for a Work Comp. case because of the injuries he was unable to return to work. Mack and Jan were very helpful and made sure we both understood the process and if we ever had questions they were both very helpful. We had been reffered by another attorney. The case took come time because of the injury. At the end after he was MMI it was settled very quickly and for amont we both thought was fair. We we recommend Babcock Law Firm to friends or family.

I’m sure the lawyers themselves are nice but the Jessica woman who answered the phone was rude. I just wanted to ask a question about workers compensation, nothing else. Didn’t want to be represented by a lawyer, just a question because the lawyer I was getting represented by said if I had any questions about workers comp, referred me to Mack. Mack would know more about the workers comp side of things. Well Jessica didn’t seem like she wanted to hear my question. Also, she said they couldn’t represent me. Uh, don’t need them to, just needed a questioned answered. I don’t know if she had a bad day or whatever but she probably should have taken the day off.

Had an amazing experience with this law firm! Resolved my workers comp case in under four months with ease. Not to mention everyone from the staff was beyond kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I am still in pure shock by the way I was treated by the clerical staff at this law firm. It was more important to the very mean lady, Jessica I think, to yell over me that, "They are NOT a LARGE law firm", which I then explained, I was referring to the firm that recommended their firm. She was so upset that my stature of limitations is coming up in 5 months, I don't think she heard nor would care that I have already been horribly mistreated by McDevitt law firm and really just want to get this "open shut case" done and this firm could have made a lot of money, wow
