We were very over due in updating our will and then we heard about Wills and Wellness and decided to stop procrastinating. Kim Ruddell was so warm and welcoming and her exceptional listening skills made us feel as if we were discussing our feelings with a dear friend and not a stranger. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that we left with no questions. I’d highly recommend Wills & Wellness. I appreciated the upfront, set pricing. Service is great. I also appreciate how they help you with the practical, non-legal things that make your estate planning more robust and meaningful. Not the most fun way to spend money or time but it brings peace of mind your house is in order.

Kim Ruddell and the Wills & Wellness team are outstanding. We have a fairly complicated family situation but Kim and team made the process of developing an estate plan easy and straightforward. An estate plan was something we knew we had to do but put it off. Bonnie and company set up the trust documents for us. We were completely satisfied with their work. She took all the time needed to explain the various documents and their meaning as well as future steps we should take to keep the trust current.
