My husband and I hired P. Schunk for my transition from F1 (OPT) to permanent resident. We had a very tight time frame since my OPT was about to expire, and my boss stopped my H1B paperwork. We hurried up our legal wedding and were left with only one month to get my permanent resident status. Also we needed a travel permission to go to celebrate our religious wedding in Peru.
Pascal guided us all the way through the EAD card, the permission to travel, the green card application and finally the green card interview. My husband and I will hire Mr. Schunk again for naturalization.

My wife and I worked with Mr. Schunk when she was applying for permanent status in the U.S. We found Mr. Schunk's services to be extremely valuable in navigating the complicated road to a green card. He prepared virtually all of the extensive paperwork required and clearly explained the process to us. He spent all the time that with us we required to help us prepare us for the green card interview. Mr. Schunk was with us every step of the way and was patient and professional throughout the process. I would recommend the Schunk Law Firm to anyone seeking the services of an Immigration Attorney without hesitation.

Unfortunately I had a pretty disappointing & costly experience with this law firm- Pascal Schunk & his receptionist Denise.
I hired him to attend to my naturalization process. A number of times Pascal/Denise didn't do what they said they would. One big example- they missed the deadline for my application for naturalization. They were supposed to apply before my green card expired, but they didn't. They forgot about me in fact. There was no communication or follow through after I hired him & handed over my money.
I had to apply for a new green card, pay the fee $450- that was on top of the naturalization cost & his fee.. There were no apologies from Pascal & he didn't offer to off set my additional cost even though it was his mistake.
Dealing with his assistant, Denise, became increasingly difficult. She was rude a number of times, and even hung up on me before she had an outburst.
After everything that is said & done-I really do question their ethics & integrity.
I really feel anyone looking for an immigrations lawyer would be much better served by going to another law firm. I chose Schunk because they were the least expensive. But I did got what I paid for & it ended up costing me more. There are other firms it turns out that are in a similar price range that provides better service & accountability.
Thank you!
