We chose Wills and Wellness to update our estate planning from a will to a family trust. We worked with Kim Riddell. She explained everything professionally and respectfully. She helped us create a plan specifically for our personal needs. We could not be happier with the service, reasonable pricing and expertise.

As my wife and I became new parents, we experienced all of the typical anxiety over finances, saving for college, figuring out daycare, etc. All of those typical things made sense to worry about but the thing that concerned me the most was something happening to me and my wife and then what would happen to our kids. Without the appropriate documentation, not only would our children not be protected financially, they could be separated and put into a foster homes until our family out of state would be able to plead with a court to take custody of them. Who knows how long that could take. All of this kept me up night after night for weeks. Then we went to a free talk to hear about their estate planning program and we agreed to sit down with the attorneys at W&W. They were very caring, helping my wife and I understand just what we needed to do in order to protect our children. Once we had the right documentation in place, we were able to sleep much easier. We were even able to put together legacy videos that our children will have once we are gone. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with our experience with W&W. I really appreciate working with Bonnie and her team and the piece of mind our partnership has provided us.

At W&W I always received a quick response to questions emailed or called in. Bonnie and associates will do as much of the work for you (billable) as you desire, but even more impressive, she allows clients to complete any non-legal paperwork in order to save money. I appreciate her guidance, and especially appreciate having the choice to save money by doing the things I can do myself. Wills and Wellness has my future business.
