As Reid asked me at the end of my case, "Do you have any other questions that I can answer?", my response was, "What was your angelic name in Heaven?" Reid was truly my guardian angel through this very difficult process. He treated me like family and cared about the results of my case. Reid is by far the most knowledgeable attorney I could find in the Denver area with respect to DWAI/DUI law, and I interviewed dozens. He knew two little used statutes and how to apply them to destroy the DA's felony DUI case for my boyfriend. In this case, the priors were all under .08 and over 14 years ago, so having a felony on record just wasn't justified. Reid truly cares about his clients. I can't recommend him highly enough for clients who are willing to do the work to stay clean.

Reid is the best. By sheer luck I found a response from him to a question on avvo.com. His response made give him a call, since it was talking about an issue I had. I got way more out of that one phone call than I ever expected. He took the time out of his day to listen to my situation, talk me through my options, and honestly, made me feel a little better about everything. In the age of the Internet it's always in your best interests to shop around. I spent the better half of a day calling other firms, and none would even think about doing what Reid would do. They wanted it to go right to trial, do investigations, the whole 9 yards. Reid is the real deal! Great communication the entire time, shared new information the minute he got it. Mr. DeChant is VERY well respected in the courtroom. He was recognized by judges, DAs & other professionals in the court room on more than one occasion. I certainly didn't have an easy case. Despite my already being on probation with priors in another county. Facing new charges that faced a minimum of 8 years. Reid handled both fronts of the case in both counties and I was able to walk away without being sentenced to a minute in prison and even got some time shaved off the probation i was already serving!
