My only regret is in not finding Kaplan Morrell when I was first injured. I felt like I was being taken care of by the WC people because they were friendly and authorized most of my care. After contacting the uber-professional Sheila Toberg and her assistants, I could not have chosen a better team. I was injured five years ago and wasn't aware of my rights. Ms. Toberg said several times, "I wish you would have contacted us sooner." Me too! The WC people offered me a tiny settlement for future care after the five years. That's when I contacted Kaplan. Ms. Toberg was able to work with (not against) the WC adjuster. Together they agreed on an amount 3x the initial settlement, additional PT sessions and a generous set aside for my injury medical needs. Additionally, the staff and especially Ms. Toberg were available at all times. Thank you! And, don't wait to find out what is legally owed to you after an injury.
