Call them NOW if you think you have a WC claim, if your claim has been DENIED or even if it's been ACCEPTED- these insurance companies can still SCREW you in a million ways after your claim is approved!! I had no guidance from my employer and Mr. Michael Kaplan and Jacqui Condon provided me with invaluable advice FREE OF CHARGE that led to my claim being accepted. They are kind, professional, sincere people and they deserve every bit of the 25% they get if you win.
