- Impressive Impression - Very Excellent Experience Indeed - I called Matt looking for help for my brother-in-law who is facing charges related to a misdemeanor theft charge. The main issue and question I had was in relation to my brother-in-law’s difficulty in securing a court appointed attorney. Considering what I was initially calling about and how I began the discussion, which was by basically saying 'can you help advise me on how to get a court appointed attorney appointed ?' my expectations were low. You see, I was asking for his help to help me not enlist his help. But you know what- Matt spoke with me for probably close to half an hour with what i perceived as a true spirit of service- Matt was serving my interest(i've worked for AT&T for 15 years and I've been specifically trained in service/experience-oriented interactions). He made me feel comfortable for having called him and consulted with me in a way that was generous and that showed me confidence and experience. Without belaboring the point, my impression of Matt was such that I felt it necessary to say something in order to possibly guide another person in his direction who is in need of legal help as I strongly feel that he will help you because I spoke with him and he helped me. Finally in a peaceful place after 8 months. I am a healthcare worker and thought I could navigate the workers comp system after an injury at work. My course has been longer and more complicated than necessary, coping with my employers insurance. They have taken weeks to return multiple emails and phone calls.
