I am so pleased with the service that I have received from the Sawaya law firm. Nikki Castro has been very patient, informative and keeps me posted on developments with my claim. Cheryl Kwaikoski prompted information regarding my claim that may make a difference in the outcome. Both ladies have been a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend Sawaya.

I do not even know where to begin when it comes to giving accolades to Nikki Castro. Let’s begin with her professionalism and sense of duty. She is actually cheerful and begins the call with an attitude of service. She is charming yet succinct and thorough. She listens but also controls the conversation with a series of strategic open and/or close ended questions. Nikki can simply listen for understanding and then act upon that understanding in a sincere and comforting way. I believe that Nikki truly sees clients as more than a part of doing a job, but also as an individual who may need special care. Through her actions such as listening, explaining and showing empathy, she clearly understands the impact of trauma and an accident on the person she is dealing with that time. I feel that I am an individual with feelings, not just another case. She is relatable but more importantly, she is a fabulous representation for a law firm.

Dianne is still, as I write this, fighting long and hard for me to get as much as she is able to . She has a battle on her hands with "The Insurance Companies" being in Medical I am all to aware of How non- compassionate the Insurance Companies. Yet she is still in there going for as much as she is able to. I trust her experience, her knowledge and her integrity when it comes to working for me.
