I was in an automobile accident in July of 2009. I was traveling along I-25 and had come to a stop due to a line of traffic in front of me. As I came to a stop, I paused and looked behind me...I noticed a car traveling very fast and thought to myself "this car will..." and before I could finish my thought I was being rear-ended by this vehicle. I was seriously injured due to this accident. The police figure the person who hit me was traveling at a rate of speed of upwards of 65 mph. In the few weeks that followed; I was in terrible pain. With little or no hope of getting the Insurance company to work with me, even though I had been their customer for 10+ years, I turned to a lawyer. I was referred to Dianne from a good friend of mine and meet with her just 3 weeks after the accident. She got the insurance company to release my car, got me the medical attention and treatment that I needed. She also showed me compassion (its true what her advertisements say about her!) I felt like I had someone on my side, which meant a lot. Because of this accident I had to defer my education for one year while dealing with the injury. Dianne recovered my lost wages from work plus additional funds for my pain and suffering and more for my having to put my education on hold. Her office staff were available whenever I had a question, they were there to help navigate me through the worse time in my life. I would recommend the law offices of Dianne Sawyer to anyone! Dianne Sawaya handled my auto accident case aggressively and professionally. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the law and how the law pertained to my individual accident case. First, I explaied my injury to Dianne and she agreed to take my case. I truthfully felt that she really cared and would fight for me. She did. The bulk of my dealings was with Jossline Roland, but I knew Dianne was also involved and felt complete confidence in the entire process. Jossline kept me informed at every step of the process. I also met with Dianne on occassion. Finally, we came to an agreement. I highly recommend this law firm and I do believe now as in the beginning that everyone in the firm involved, including the receptionist, truly cared about my health--physical and emotional--and all worked to do what was best for me as their client. I know that they care about what is best for their clients! I might add that there were NO hidden charges in my case!!
