I came to the office of Dianne Sawaya LLC because I felt I was being unfairly treated buy a former employee. It was a workman's comp. case. I was referred to Jerrod Warr. He was very interested in my case and I was told that he would do everything that he could to help me. He did just that. He kept me informed of everything that he was doing regarding my case and was always there if I ever needed to talk or if I had any questions. I feel he and his staff did a great job and it was settled quickly. I would recommend Jerrod and of course the whole staff of Dianne Sawaya. If I every need a lawyer again...It will them that I call!

Thanks to the hard working team at Dianne Sawaya's law firm, I settled my claim in a very timely manner as well as having to deal with changing of insurance companies, challenges to everything our side proposed, as well as numerous hoops the opposing side would keep coming up with. I was able to keep my job and get a settlement that was just.

Their commercial is misleading. We turned to them for help and they were neither personal nor compassionate. We just kept gathering info they asked for after each conversation only to have them drop the ball. They wasted our time and lost our trust - the statements in those commercials just make us laugh.

Diane Sawaya has helped me. She was referred to me by a doctor, and she helped me get the help I needed right away. Medically and as well with a large settlement. I definitely refer her to anyone in my situation who has no health insurance, they help you with low cost fees as well as they also helped me along the way while waiting for my settlement. The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya was very heplful. I got a car accident 3 years ago, and I met Dianne. Since then, she has been helped me very much.After a year from car accident my pain started again, and they send me a doctor getting more treatment. From start to finish I had a great experience. I erred by waiting too long to pursue a personal injury claim for injuries I suffered in an auto accident. I was motivated to sue for the reason Dianne explained in her ads. The insurance company tried to offer me a pittance to settle my claim. The would not listen to me but they sure responded to her. Because the time for filing a claim was close to expiring, other attorneys I approached declined to help me. Dianne and her office knew my claim would require more work because they would have needed to file a court action to keep my claim alive. Without hesitation, they accepted me as a client and did an excellent job. They were honest about what my claim would be worth, they returned my calls promptly and they shared what they were doing on my behalf and explained why. They obtained the documents they needed and made sure I pursued all the medical treatment necessary in order for me to heal and also to successfully negotiate a great settlement. Dianne Sawaya has the most incredible team around. I have used other firms before I found Dianne. Her firm is head and shoulders above my prior experiences. Unlike other firms, you can call and speak to your attorney, although it isn't necessary because Dianne's paralegals are top notch. They ALWAYS return your call or e-mail. Dianne's firm gives you the kind of personal care you need. The receptionist knows you by name, and the staff works extremely hard to get you even more than you expected. All the tideous tasks are taken care of without you having to do any of the work. My husband is very ill and the firm has taken special care of me and my family to ease this difficult time. They will care for you the same way. Five Stars.

During my time with the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, the staff was always helpful and there for me at a drop of the dime. Carina, my case manager always returned my calls and never left me wondering what was going on with my case. If I ever needed to meet with Dianne she was always willing and ready to meet with me whenever. I had two cases back to back and both resulted in a settlement and good outcome. I would recommend anyone to this firm above the rest and recommend Carina as a case manager. The terms of each of my case where different and Carina was always educational throughout the experience. I was in an automobile accident in July of 2009. I was traveling along I-25 and had come to a stop due to a line of traffic in front of me. As I came to a stop, I paused and looked behind me...I noticed a car traveling very fast and thought to myself "this car will..." and before I could finish my thought I was being rear-ended by this vehicle. I was seriously injured due to this accident. The police figure the person who hit me was traveling at a rate of speed of upwards of 65 mph. In the few weeks that followed; I was in terrible pain. With little or no hope of getting the Insurance company to work with me, even though I had been their customer for 10+ years, I turned to a lawyer. I was referred to Dianne from a good friend of mine and meet with her just 3 weeks after the accident. She got the insurance company to release my car, got me the medical attention and treatment that I needed. She also showed me compassion (its true what her advertisements say about her!) I felt like I had someone on my side, which meant a lot. Because of this accident I had to defer my education for one year while dealing with the injury. Dianne recovered my lost wages from work plus additional funds for my pain and suffering and more for my having to put my education on hold. Her office staff were available whenever I had a question, they were there to help navigate me through the worse time in my life. I would recommend the law offices of Dianne Sawyer to anyone!
