After a car accident that required extensive medical attention, I decided I needed to seek out an attorney. I knew that I would not be able to deal with the issues at hand, and needed someone to fight for me. I did extensive research and read review after review of different attorneys in the area. I visited several offices for consultation, and I honestly would suggest that you would do the same, then visit Ms. Dianne Sawaya's office. I met some offices which seemed unprofessional, some where the employees seemed unhappy, others who looked at me as someone who they could take advantage of. When I walked into Dianne's office, I saw employees were happy (let's face it, if employees are happy it must mean they love their job and the environment they are in). Dianne greeted me and had asked questions about my situation. Her first concern was about my health, while others seemed more concerned at who was at fault. She also did not pressure me into signing anything, and had allowed me and my family to discuss how we felt about our meeting with Dianne. We left her office but we all knew this was the first person we felt was going to look after my best interest. We came back 2 days later and hired Dianne to represent me. This is when things get really serious. Dianne prioritized and aggressively assisted me with scheduling appointments to seek the best health care I could receive. Liza who works with Dianne has orchestrated and closely monitored my progress and has actively helped with every step of my case. If I had a question or concerns, it was easy to communicate and resolve what issues I may have had. If I could describe Liza in one word, it would be "awesome". I will update my review, but I thought it was necessary to write a review up to this point because it's easy to forget things with life being busy for most people, and it would only be right that I write a review now. Hopefully some of you will find my review helpful when deciding to seek an attorney.

Not even worth the time to type. The 1 star says it all. Represent yourself and you will double your settlement. Don't give your money to people who spend a fraction of time representing you. The only person who truly has your best interest is YOU.

I was involved in an auto accident a year ago and decided to give the Sawaya team a try. They did not disappoint! I received outstanding care from my first phone call to my many doctors' visits and finally, the generous settlement of my case! I was in a nasty car accident on the highway almost two years ago. The insurance company that was representing the at fault driver was giving me the run around. I called the The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya after coming across her law firm on the internet. The process was long but her team helped me each step of the way. Just recently the case was settled out of court and I received a fair settlement for my injuries. There is no way I would have been able to deal with the insurance company on my own. The experience was extremely easy given the circumstances.

After moving to Colorado I was injured in a car accident for the second time in seven months and I needed help. After referral from a friend ,I hired the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya and she was able to take my case immediately. I was given access to excellent medical care and was able to begin treatment immediately. She has a great network of doctors and medical care professionals that she works closely with and on a lien so that you don't have to worry about up front expenses. In addition to the tremendous healing I received from the competent medical providers, I was given excellent client service and was zealously treated as a patron by all of the staff including attorney Dianne Sawaya, paralegal Rebecka handling my case, receptionist Shannon, attorney Brianne Falgien, and both litigation paralegals. Dianne was able to settle my case for a good amount and was able to yield a decent net settlement for me. The reason I am not giving five stars is on account of the time it took to settle my UIM claim and that some of my questions and e-mails went unanswered/ignored. Dianne was able to settle up with the negligent drivers policy quite quickly however when it came to my UIM policy, there was a three month delay after the first offer was made by the adjusters until final negotiations (it only took two days to settle after talks began again); it seems as if my case was put on hold after I had made it clear I did not want to litigate. Overall I would recommend the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya to anyone that has been a victim of personal injury. The firm is well established, professional, seasoned, and confident.

In April 2013 I was hurt on the job and at first, very hesitant to take legal action. I have never had an attorney involved before so this was a new experience for me. Jerrod and I began working together in June 2013 and I am so grateful that I was led to the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya and that Jerrod was assigned to my case. Worker's comp had put a temporary denial on my claim and therefore weren't paying for any of my treatments. I needed surgery soon because of the unbearable pain I was in and everything seemed to be disaster. Of course opposing counsel tried to put up a good fight but in the end they were just wrong to do so. The injury was to my lower back and so my weight restrictions constantly varied between "no activity" to "no lifting more than 10 lbs". I couldn't work, attend school or return to any outdoor activities I would normally participate in. Jerrod was able to get them to continue paying me biweekly while we still fought this draining battle. Finally, in August 2014, we were able to settle the case once and for all. I wasn't budging on the number that Jerrod came up with because I knew that opposing counsel was low balling big time and I deserved more. Respectful of my wishes, Jerrod fought long and hard to get the offer we ended up taking. Now after a year of trials and tribulations, I was able to have a fresh start and close this chapter of my life all thanks to this office.

I've been working with Jerrod Warr on a WC claim for almost 2 years. I could never have imagined the process could be so slanted in favor of the employer / insurance company and without the help and guidance Jerrod has been providing, I'm sure I'd still be waiting on my first round of treatment. I hired the Saways law firm when I realized I was in over my head with the insurance company of the driver who hit my car. The service I got with the Law Offices of Dianne Saways was quite good. I interviewed several lawyers before I chose Sawaya and they were the only firm who was able to help me get treatment before a settlement. I think deciding to get a lawyer was a good decision, I didn't want to get rich off of my accident but it made my life fairly difficult for a year or so. Dianne Sawaya and her firm helped me get better and helped me to get a little money so the next few years would be easier.
