My case was small by comparison but I was treated very respectfully by everyone from the secretary who welcomed me and Mrs. Sawaya who initially went over my entire case in addition to all the others like Jason who were so kind. Everything was explained and I never waited for a call or to be able to speak with someone about my case. My calls were always answered promptly and it was a relief to leave everything in their hands. My case was settled without a bit of aggravation, my medical bills paid i focused only on healing and going on with my life.

It was a very pleasant and inviting consultation. Definitely worth anyone’s consideration when searching for representation.

I called Diane Sawaya and was scheduled an appointment promptly. She reviewed my case, accepted it and had me seeing the doctors I needed to within a week! My insurance company suggested I go to a rehab gym, but Diane made sure I was able to get the medical attention I needed for my torn disc that I sustained in the accident. Her law firm is amazing. They fight for you the whole way, I finally felt like someone was listening to what I was saying, instead of treating me like I was overreacting. If you want a strong, attentive, and caring lawyer she's the one for you. She won't back down and she will make sure you are treated with respect. Her paralegals are hard working people that take care of you when you need them to have your back (literally). I email them a few times a week with questions and concerns and they reply within the day and I always feel important when I call and most of the time I can talk with them directly and quickly. Her team of Robert and Anntoinette helped me to receive a fair settlement package with the insurance company. They, as a group, helped to make me whole again.
