She has a wealth of knowledge but walks you through every step of the process in an approachable and non-overwhelming manner. I especially appreciated that we could do most meetings over zoom. 10/10 recommend!

I have never written a bad review in my life. I also took several months after my divorce was final to make sure this one wasn’t merely an emotional outburst. Gayle Moser represented me. In one of my first meetings with her, she asked if I had an alcohol problem (I do not drink) and suggested that if I did, I should start paying for my booze in cash so as not to get “caught” via credit trail by my ex. I should have stopped seeing her that day, but I was desperate and had already paid the firm a lot of money. Another notable red flag was during our trial when, on record, she used incorrect names for my kids. Mind you, this was the only time she had to say them after months of working together. And we’re not talking mixed-up nicknames here; she incorrectly spouted the first and last names of some other couples’ kids. Even the judge looked affronted. The real kicker was post-divorce when I looked up the division of property assets and realized that even after I asked her to amend a section of the contract to not accidentally pay my ex an extra 14K for the house we purchased jointly, she failed to do so. Yes, I was dumb enough to sign this contract. I have an intense full-time job and two little kids, so I sought the services of this law firm, believing they knew what they were doing because I am not a lawyer. As it turns out, I probably should have hired a lawyer to ensure my lawyer was competent. Of course, you know what I would have needed to do then… I am fortunate, as this divorce was 100% civil. My ex even agreed not to take the extra 14K Gayle so kindly accidentally offered him. Still, the total cost of my divorce was over 15K, with zero conflicts and no need for arbitration. If you want to work with a lawyer with your kids’ best interests at heart, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I cannot imagine how detrimental this would have been for me and my kids if my ex and I had been on worse terms.

Erica Johnson provided excellent service. She prepared our initial Will/Trust etc. documents several years ago, then helped us amend them this year. Professional, prompt, accessible, knowledgeable, dependable are just a few of the adjectives that describe her work. I recommend her if you are looking for the best.

I had a vey bad first time Experience so I would not refer Elizabeth Bonnett very unprofessional and act like she running things she even block My number because I ask to have her manger reach ME if not I’ll call tomorrow so she did not tell him I call the next day I was blocked very very Racist and unprofessional. I received your message from my receptionist. We are unable to assist you because the statute of limitations is likely to run in August, and we do not have time to fully vet your claim. Further, it came to my attention that you were accusing my staff of being unable to do their jobs, and we have a no-tolerance policy for that behavior at our firm. As a result, we are unable to assist you.Th is what I was text by Elizabeth Bonnett for no reason very unprofessional and I will have some thing done this is not how u treat customers are people that pay all I ask was is the lawyers pretty good and I ask what y’all Specialize in them she said I do not know I can not answer notting u asking ME so I ask can I speak to some one who can help are know what they doing and she hung up and I was text this.

I recently moved my parents here from out of state and we needed to update their documents. We had a very good experience with Ambler Keenan Mitchell Johnson - everything went smoothly. Beth did a wonderful job in the initial interview explaining to my parents what changes needed to be made and why. Everything was described clearly so 2 octogenarians could understand and all questions were answered. And they were able to accommodate a last-minute change in our signing appointment as my Dad wasn't feeling well that morning. Erin was wonderful - she had a lot of patience with my Dad as he has a hard time signing with his tremor. We never felt rushed. Highly recommend.

Beth Mitchell is a professional, competent, and astute estate planning attorney. We needed to update our will and trust and highly recommend her to anyone seeking will and/or trust services. Her office staff are extremely efficient as well.
