Erika Gebhardt (aka Erika Omer) is everything that is wrong with the legal system. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having her assigned as your CFI, record every single encounter with her. She’s a hot head with an extremely wounded ego, and she will absolutely lie. Erika is driving her law firm to the same place she took her marriage. To absolute ruins. GEM Family law is amazing! Every single dollar we spent was completely worth it. Attorney Taylor, was incredible. We have been threw a few attorneys, and never felt we were taken seriously until we found GEM. Attorney Taylor believed in us and fought for our daughter. Up date after paying over $30,000 Marco did want because he would loose. Being the mother I was told a separate lawyer looked into. It chose a female lawyer he said oh no he is another lawyer I Mel Lawyer the estate is still not settled. It’s been over seven years. I have fired Marco years ago. My daughter is now 19. She’s 13 in the started lawyer fees are $100,000 because of he pushes towards the people he wants because he will not lose in court a female lawyer, which I learned is the woman that I was going to hire to be my lawyer with it, his ego is above his fake toupee. Personally, I am happy my daughter is doing great. The estate is still not settled. I made the biggest mistake of my life taking a looks over brains After 8 years the estate is being settled . Marco is a fraud lawyer he dragged this on. He fired him years ago. Everyone that he put me in touch with has screwed my daughter over. Marco is the worst only after your money he will not ever go to court. He’s terribly threatened by real lawyers.

Very unprofessional. Many witnesses for my case felt like Jennifer was one sided, biased, and working for the other party. There was documentation in the report that was written incorrectly and there was no follow through on the information the other party provided during their interview. I would not recommend using this firm for a CFI investigation. False statements were written and words were twisted around to make it look like things were said during interviews that weren’t said. Find another firm for a CFI investigation!

I've used Chayet & Danzo legal services for many years and have always been happy with the services I received. Most recently I had to have all my legal documents redone due to loss in the Marshall fire. They completely redid all the documents with required updates at no charge to me. My mom and I went to a seminar about wills and trusts around 2014. She decided to go ahead and make a trust with Chayet and Danzo, specifically Frank. I was with her at the meetings with him, and I was able to see how the trust protects the people involved. It was also peace of mind that not only was there the financial component, but also there were medical directives and POAs assigned for each category. Now, nobody would have to fight over who does what because "mom" decided, and she still has the final word, like mothers do. We have been working with Frank Danzo for 5 years setting up our trust. This thought at our age had never even crossed our minds, but after having to deal with a couple of family members' medical decisions, paperwork that was unfinished and had to be done on the spot, and settling estates, we knew this was the best way to "gift" our loved ones so they would not have A LOT of hard work to do after we are gone. The people in the office are fantastic! I had so many questions from where to start, what information to gather, how do I find a certain document, etc. They walked me through everything and had the utmost patience with my questions and lack of knowledge on how to do something.

Frank Danzo III has been great to work with for our Estate Planning over the last 18 years. He is highly knowledgeable and very responsive to our requirements. Highly recommended!

I am so lucky to have been recommended to his law office, I count my lucky stars every day that I finally found someone reliable, intelligent, and extremely well trained on both personal defense, in addition to his equally long careers in both prosecution and personal defense. I can easily tell that he isn't just there to take you to trial and rack up more bills, instead he truly has a passion for your well being and attaining the best possible outcome for his clients.
