I am beyond pleased with Gebhardt Emerson Moodie Bonanno: Family Law. I have been working with their attorney Megan Courtney and her paralegal, Cathy Grazier. These two women are absolutely amazing! They are not only attorney/paralegal, but amazing detectives that examine ALL avenues of your case and at the same time a friend when you need a shoulder to lean on. Megan will tell you like it is, your options and her suggestions while delivering all legal jargon in Layman's terms for her clients, putting you at ease so that you fully comprehend what is going on.

I worked with Hannah and Cathy for just about a year on a case, and I couldn't have asked for them to be more communicative, kind, understanding, etc. They took an incredibly hard situation and made it simple by guiding me through it step by step. If you're looking for an attorney it doesn't get better than them!

I won’t trust anyone other than Elizebeth. My divorce was lengthy with custody battles and CFI investigations; it took 17 month to get the final decree and she fought for the best interest of my kids. I have full custody still today (9 years later). Elizebeth has represented me along the way over the years with visitation issues and collecting child support; her focus has always been what is most important to me… my kids. I have watched Elizebeth grow as an attorney and she continues to hit the bar of excellence. My children are safe and happy and I owe a lot of that to Elizebeth’s hard work and dedication to my case over the years, my most grateful and heartfelt gratitude goes out to you, Thank you Elizabeth!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Erika at this firm. She is so knowledgeable and helped me through one of the hardest times I have had to go through. She is the epitome of professional and is an expert negotiator. 10/10 would use again, but really hope I don’t have a reason to 😂

Consulted them for a temporary protection order. They assured me it was simple, they were well versed in it, yet they seemed completely surprised that a certain time frame was necessary for this to be granted. You should know better. You should have done better. Super disappointed all around with my experience.

Erika Gebhardt saved me in a time where I was getting horrible legal advice and took on my case without any hesitation, she believed in my case and helped me beyond measures. She helped me understand all legal meanings and never made me feel less than. She is very attentive and always gets back to me in a timely manner which I constantly needed. Having her as my lawyer has been amazing. She proves time and time again going to court or mediation that she cares and knows the legal system. Everyone in the office as well is amazing and very easy to talk too. I would recommend her to anyone.

See Colorado Bar Complaint: Moodie - 22-539 for upcoming Federal malpractice lawsuit. This firm failed to serve their client with court documents in February of 2022 and violated civil rights through malicious discrimination of disabled veterans and their medical records. Response to Owner: The owner lies, in order to protect their fraudulent business. Moodie herself is a criminal conspirator, because she suborned first degree felony perjury by their client and was sent the bar Complaint directly. This unscrupulous and unprofessional organization is currently under litigation as a defendant in a 1983 lawsuit, and anyone who wants copies of the complaints and lawsuit should search for them on google.

I was not going to hire a lawyer for my divorce, but I was convinced by my boyfriend and friends to do so. I am so glad I decided to listen to their advice. Meagan was so supportive, intelligent, and also funny when I needed comfort in my messy divorce from an abuser. She got me way more than I even imagined. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the firm, I felt like I was in a cocoon of protection after feeling so unsafe for so long, it was exactly what I needed. Meagan is so well-versed in family law, she absolutely nailed my mediation. I had nothing but a positive experience with the firm!
