**Update** It's been a long and difficult road. Nick, along with everyone else I've worked with, has been amazing. Every step of the way, Modern Family Law has had my back and made this process as quick and painless as possible. Professional, efficient, attentive, and 100% supportive. I highly recommend Mr. Tootalian, as he is all of the things above and more. Thanks to his hard work and persistence, my children are safe and I can rest easy. Thank you so much! **End Update** My case has yet to end, but I wanted to give an updated review for modern family law and Mr. Nicholas Tootalian specifically anyway. From the very beginning I was impressed and reassured by the staff of modern family law with any and all of my concerns. They have continued to be amazing through this process. Including a financial problem that needed resolved immediately. It was handled swiftly and with kindness and professionalism. While going through this process I have also had the pleasure of working with Jordan, a paralegal. She has been prompt, kind and respectful as well. Any question I have had has been answered in a timely manner and she has made me feel welcome to ask any other questions and discuss any other concerns. No matter now little. If you need a lawyer that hears your every concern, gives good information, gives honest opinions and has everyone's best interests in mind then Nick is the one for you! He has been more than words can describe in the most positive ways. He is confident, respectful, kind, and trustworthy. There are so many more good things to be said about Mr. Tootalian, but I will save that for my final review when my case is finally over. Called Dianne Sawaya a few months ago for my moms legal issue I wasn’t sure was personal injury or not. It turns out my issue isn’t, but I spoke with Erin who referred us to an lawyer that could (and did) help. I don’t usually write google reviews but she really let me vent about my situation and was very compassionate even though she knew they couldn’t take our case. She also took the time to find another attorney that could help. I’ll 100% go to them or tell friends to go to them if I ever need help with a personal injury case.

We hired Donny McClellan, with Modern Family Law, to fight a difficult custody battle. Donny was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better attorney or a better outcome. Donny is not only professional, but caring as well. I highly recommend Modern Family Law, specifically Donny MCClellan.

The worst. My wife was seriously injured at a supermarket. The staff is sophomoric, completely inadequate and unqualified. Apparently, they cannot do math. When my wife and I pointed out their errors and incorrect appointments, we were released and told to get another lawyer. A most unpleasant experience. We did get another attorney and got a satisfactory settlement. Feel free to contact us Sawaya response was I had the wrong Sawaya law firm. Wrong again. I had the right Sawaya. I maintain it's the worst
