Modern family was a very bad decision .. they filed into a closed case charged me twice for filling.. I repeatedly told them not to file into the case would not listen to anything.. then they would not answer or talk to me to resolve this ... I would highly recommend no one use this firm .. I feel completely mislead and unrepresented in the whole thing .. they just took me for my money period.. never had a court date set or paperwork completely filled throughout the whole experience

I was extremely fortunate to work with Jennifer Garcia. She was compassionate and understanding as well as very knowledgeable of laws and parents rights. My case was very complex and needed to be handled urgently. She was amazing!!! I will be forever grateful!!

Just celebrated my 5 year anniversary of my car accident. Was hit from from behind by careless driver and hit so hard hit the car in front of me. Dianne and her so called professionals and quack doctors never did an MRI on me after I requested several times. I found out on my own have herniated disc in the places of the neck. Of course they withdrew from my case because they were wrong! Thanks Dianne for all the years and continued pain and suffering due to YOUR negligence! NEVER have them work on your case! LOSERS! You don't even deserve 1 Star! Good Luck to you Karma is a bad thing!
