I appreciate everything Jennifer Rivera did for me. She was professional when handling my case and treated me as if I were her only case. I have used other attorneys that are all over the place, confusing you with another client, or brush you off because to them your case isn't as important as another one they have. This wasn't the case with Jennifer. She took on my case 110% and delivered! My husband and I weren't fighters, Until I found out about his adulterous behavior. He is an amazing father, just a lying husband. I relayed that to Jennifer so she knew I wasn't out for revenge. I wanted my children to live with me, but have ample visits with their father. She was amazing and worked with his attorney and achieved what we desired. Her experience was evident when dealing with everything. I just couldn't have imagined it going any better. If any friends or family needed a family attorney I would highly recommend Jennifer Rivera & Associates. No disappointment here. Much thanks for all the hard work.

Jennifer has represented me through THE toughest events in my life, a battle that can only be described as unreal. My experience with Jennifer was nothing short of excellence. She has a very aggressive style as well as a high level of professionalism. I was NOT satisfied with Jennifer's representation (child custody case) and think she is a horrible lawyer. We achieved a much better result after she withdrew from our case (due to nonpayment because we didn't want her to represent us anymore and refused to pay her more after paying 2 retainers and her requesting a THIRD!). Her fees absolutely blindsided us with the amount the retainers were and went by extremely fast. She was very unorganized and carless, after picking up the files from her (when she withdrew) they contained a mix of 3 other cases in it?! The only thing she was good at was sending more invoices asking for more money. I will never use her again or refer her to anyone else.
