I had a question regarding a warranty deed - an instrument I know little about. I asked Ben's office to have him call me. He returned my call promptly, and over the phone was willing to answer my question completely - he was very knowledgeable. If I need to hire a Real Estate Attorney, I am confident I could do no better than Mr Hartford!

If I could give Ben 100 stars, I would. He just recently worked on a case for my boyfriend that ended in the exact result that we were looking for. Not only was Ben a star in front of the judge, but he was very caring and attentive to our worries, concerns, and questions. He kept consistent communication with us and guided us through the entire process. Words simply cannot express just how appreciative my boyfriend and I are to him for all that he has done....the only way that I can express it is to say that Ben is forever welcomed at all family cookouts! :) He is definitely a shining star and I will recommend him to anyone looking to hire a lawyer!

My case just ended. After a long year with this dui/hit & run mistake its finally over!!! Benjamin Hartford is definetly the guy to call when you feel like your life is about to crumble. He took charge of my situation and I literally just had to show up to the court dates. At the end of my case I was off with minor charges considering i had about 6+ seriose offences. Not just that he took care of everything and anything that had to do with the dmv. They are their own entity and he fought for me until things turned out in my favor. Marco and his staff are impressive. They are very honest and certainly know their elder laws. I think Marco has even written a few of the laws himself! I highly recommend this law firm to anyone with guardianship issues.

My case seemed hopeless. Other attorneys, often for more money, suggested they MIGHT be able to help. Benjamin was confident, honest, quick and results oriented. After my case with the city of Denver was resolved, I breathed easy and went on with life. One week ago I got a letter in the mail from the DMV telling me that my case was up for review and I was going to have to surrender my license. Ben was honest and straight forward about his thoughts with my situation. He didn't sugar coat anything but made me feels at ease with his knowledge and experience.
