I never ever write reviews and this is my first time ever getting a lawyer but David and his team knew their stuff! He got my case dismissed before court date by talking with my prosecutor. Saving me from mandatory jail time. Thanks to him I can have a fresh start and a opportunity to have a better future.

I called Ms. Toney the weekend after a DUI stop and she returned my call right away with very important instructions and tips on what to do. After I hired her, she was always available to answer questions whenever I had them. Emails and phone calls were returned very promptly. She treated me like a real person and appreciated the steps I was taking to make things right. She worked hard for me and I am very happy with how everything turned out. She still answers questions for me even a year after getting pulled over. Highly recommend!

To start, I highly recommend Ann Toney if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to fight a DUI. I did a lot of research and spoke to a few different lawyers and while a couple seemed quite good on the phone so stood apart for 2 reasons. First, she walked me through the process and was very patient in answering all my questions...and was very candid in answering them. Second, when I told her some of the other lawyers I was considering, she confirmed there were at least 2 on my list that she thought highly of and would recommend if I didn't opt to hire her. That took me by surprise, in a good way. She's looks out for her clients and pricing was in line with other lawyers in the space. She is also very good about giving guidance on how to navigate each step in the process, including recommendations for counseling, which was super helpful. From what I hear, some of those counseling centers are really not pleasant and the one I ended up selecting was actually kind of helpful and not judgemental. She's even jumped on the phone with me a pair of times AFTER my case had concluded and given me the same time and attention. Again, highly recommended!
