Getting a lawyer is one of those things you never want to do, but if you have to, I say look no further than David and his team. I got a semi serious traffic ticket I'm not proud of and the worse case scenario was bad. From the second I spoke with David I was put at ease. David put together an incredible game plan that inspired confidence while my court date got delayed because of COVID-19. He was there to answer e-mails usually within 24 or 48 hours at most - his whole team is exceptional and incredibly responsive. Lawyers can't guarantee outcomes and every case is different - but the end result FAR exceeded my expectations and I can only thank David and his team for getting me out of that pickle.

If you're looking for a professional, respectable, and highly approachable attorney, Ann Toney is the way to go. She helped me through what was my first experience with law enforcement and the processes that followed for a DUI. She was clear from the beginning on what to expect. Despite my sentencing being prolonged to multiple factors, Ann was there to help whenever I needed and updated me accordingly. She guided me on the proactive steps to take such as enrolling in level II education, attending a MADD victim panel, and so on. She has a list of tremendous resources to offer to get through the tough circumstances that a DUI poses. Her court presence is also top notch.
