Very helpful with the whole process! Excellent customer service!

I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere if you'd prefer not to be ripped off. I'm surprised at their high ratings; it gives me the feeling that I'm not their typical target customer. I had Kyle at Ciancio Ciancio Brown draft a partition contract after I was referred by another attorney at the same firm who had no bandwidth to take on my engagement. Kyle quoted me a much higher price compared to what the other attorney had originally quoted. Kyle told me that they built in some extra as they expected some negotiation to take place; however, there was general agreement between both parties on the specifics of the contract prior to the engagement. Additionally, we were in a state of crisis at the time that Ciancio Ciancio Brown services were retained and I feel like they took advantage of both my panic and my confusion about the options and possibilities for the contract. We reached a point where I requested no further action and so we closed out the engagement. The final price was absolute highway robbery. They took a large retainer fee at the inception of the engagement and it's clear that they intended to fully use that up as my engagement cost only very slightly more than the retainer fee. The contract itself is clearly mostly canned with a few items filled in based on information that I provided. When questioned about the price, I was told that it was partially my fault because I insisted on communicating by email rather than by phone. I do prefer email contact, but I do not recall a discussion that email contact would basically be over-billed and that phone contact would be far cheaper. I also don't buy Kyle's comments that this contract was complex because again, both parties were in agreement of the terms. As a final note, the whole process felt very casual and unprofessional compared to engagements I have in process with other attorneys.

Jeff Brinen is a great Attorney. I highly recommend him. He cares about his clients and does what he says he’ll do. Excellent to work with during difficult situations.

Update: After the review I received ANOTHER bill for $96! These people are 100% con artists and can not be trusted....DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! 5 months and $10k later and I have nothing. During the initial phone conversation I was given the speech about how good my case was, how they do this all the time, no problem give me your money and trust me. That's when I should've listened to my gut but I didn't so here I am less $10k and literally nothing to show for it. Please do your research and whatEVER you do get whatever they promise you in writing!

This is my very first review of any kind and it is well worth the effort in order highlight this amazing family law attorney with GEM Family Law. From the very beginning, Mr. Lambert displayed professionalism, compassion, and hard work during my complex interstate child custody battle. I received a very negative CFI report filled with glaring biases and lies. He methodically brought fourth evidence to debunk the blatant lies told during my trial. Mr. Lambert not only listened to me break down countless times on the phone but he took the time to validate my feelings every single time. He always returned my emails and calls right away, which helped reduce my anxiety. When ever I was confused about the court process/paperwork he patiently explained next steps and how to best prepare. In my opinion, Mr. Lambert obliterated opposing parties strategy during trial. Trial was nerve wracking, however I was instantly put at ease when Mr. Lambert transformed into a beast for trial. The look on my ex’s face and his attorneys face was priceless to say the least. Mr. Lambert’s approach did not surprise me because his work ethic from the very start was impeccable. No matter what my trial outcome will be, I know he did his absolute best to represent me and for that I am grateful. You will not be disappointed hiring Mr. Lambert to represent you.

While admittedly expensive you pay for the best! Mr Brown made speedy respectable solutions for my issue. It was exceptionally relieving to have information about the case as we moved forward!
