Very responsive and personable They helped me get a refund from a wedding venue that didn't want to return my money when they had to cancel due to Covid-19

This office caused me to plead for my life and did not explain what was to happen if I pleaded guilty to a DUI, when I had not been drinking at all. She did not go over the paperwork except for here read this right before the judge walked in within one minute and she was supposed to go over it word for word, I took it to another attorney. I was in a car accident and I should have never ever called the police and I told him I took one pill for a migraine. They tested me and they had either one minute to go from the two hours they have to test you or they were one minute over and she asked me when was the time of my date that I had that evening?! A man hit me with his car and backed into me it destroyed my life. The police officer said I was my fault , When it was not an even the man that hit me said it was his fault. This was in Jefferson county and the state trooper screamed in my face that entire time he was talking to me. He said I had no pain when I had severe whiplash and a migraine and had to take a migraine medication that is allowed even when you drive! This ordeal cost me two years of my life and $24,000 for an attorney that did nothing. If you want to put your lives in the hands of this law firm watch out!

Great law firm! Every time I've needed them from a dispute with a company, to legal matters with work, arbitration, and now help with the legalities of covid and unemployment they have come through for me everytime! It is funny how fast and responsive a company is when they get a letter demanding action from a lawyer.

Bullies and liars run this joint. Be careful and beware of shady practices by this group.

I received a summons and couldn't get any response form the law firm that issued this document. I called Riggs Abney and received a call back in a short amount of time, was told what I needed to do and apparently that ended this situation. With everything that is going on in the world and my life, I just didn't need this. It's nice to know that there is someone available to help.

I had Greg Taschdjian handle a traffic ticket that I wasnt even contesting the circumstances during a freak wreck on snow June 22nd 2019. He said to pay the fine and cort costs of $139.50 By December 10 2019. The court cashed my check November 29, 2019. He said everything was handled. Fast forward May 2020 my employer runs my driver's license and finds out its suspended in Colorado due to this ticket. He and Riggs Abney have not responded in a week after emailing and calling them every day. I had to pay a $95 reinstatement fee. I called on the May 21st and was told a new supervising attorney would call me right back, of course that didnt happen. This is the ENTIRE REASON I HAD A LAW FIRM HANDLE THIS TICKET. I could have just paid the original ticket, saved money and not been in a mess with my new employer. If they cant handle uncontested traffic tickets good luck with things that are more severe.
