Starting in November 2022 I tried to contact an investment firm to get my RMD from my IRA account. I tried using their website and calling but was unable to contact the firm. Finally, I contacted Riggs Abney and talked to one of their attorneys, Amy Mattern. She contacted the firm and I finally got a response. She instructed me to provide any information that was required so that I wouldn't be charged a fine for going past the legal deadline which was December 31st. I provided the required information and received the required amount. Amy was very professional and competent in handling the matter. Thanks for doing a great job!

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. 2.5 Years and my case still isn't filed. They send the same emails multiple times and try to belittle you EVERY chance they get. The 'attorney' assigned to my case is always out of the office and when she does call my phone never rings but somehow she leaves very vague messages. Called me just to hang up and not service my case. You're better of just going to Frank Azar.

I talked to Chris Jensen a few weeks ago regarding setting up my new business as a DBA or LLC, he patiently explained why it would be better to do an LLC and how it would protect me more. We also discussed using my personal bank account or setting up a business bank account, which I did. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had, I never felt rushed to "get on with it" he needed to move on to another client!
