Absolutely terrible. They/she do not review documents sent prior to call. They don't follow directions per my scheduling of telephonic interview. The woman I spoke to just "felt" that I shouldn't <perform legal/illegal question/act> and was not based on law, just a feeling. She did not understand Colorado law vs. Federal. This is the second time I had this person with similar results. I think I will cancel service after this question MIGHT be resolved.

After the attorney called me and said they couldn’t help me get a refund from a dog groomer, (because I had signed an online agreement with lots of fine print regarding late pickup and mats in my dog’s fur), a $20 credit showed up on the credit card I used to pay the groomer. I have Riggs/Abney to thank for that.

I have rental property in Los Angeles. My tenant informed me that pigeons have been making their home around the solar panels. We contacted Montoya Trapping Services to handle the pigeon problem. I submitted the contract to Riggs Abney to get their opinion and advice. Even though the contract is with California, Riggs Abney looked to see if they could help. I was glad to see that the Colorado attorney did not see any issues or red flags that I should be considered about. The pigeon problem was resolved, and I had peace of mind. Waist of time and money!!!! Everything I brought to them they said they could not or would not help with. Then anything I sent to them to read over was more than the allotted amount and I’d have to pay more for them to assess if they could even help or not. Pathetic!!!!
