Not even worth a phone call. Horrible service. Horrible.

I tried to use Riggs Abney through my LegalShield subscription. Initially I was on the Small Business plan. Then I changed to the Personal and Family because I need a demand letter written to a contractor. They sent me one draft of the demand letter. I sent changes back. A few days after that, I get a call stating that I am not covered Because my Business Coverage had lapsed. I explained that I had changed to the Personal and Family. They then stated that I was not covered because it deals with Insurance. They have wasted weeks of my time when they could have told me from the start that I was not covered. What a joke.

I was upset over something I should not have been and they handled it really well. I’m sorry for my bad attitude, please forgive me. I’m very thankful for this law office. Thank you for referring me to where I needed to go.
