Absolutely the best decision you’ll ever make.

Craig Nuss represented me in a case involving how my home was built. There were a number of issues many people in the community were having with their homes. At no cost to anyone he sent an engineering firm to test some of the issues and then presented those facts in detail to homeowners. He outlined the approach to resolve the issues and was transparent about fees and exposure involved. I was kept informed during the 19 months it took to get a resolution and the end result was a total fix of the defective building issues and the financial aspect to the case was what was expected. I see their adds on TV every morning. Makes me hit the mute button. I had a case with Workers Comp. Seemed simple, I hurt my back and Worker s Comp offered $17.500.00 for my injury. I was wondering if this was good enough, Burg Simpson made a quote of $30.000.00. so I took them on and the long process began. The out come, They got me a total of $2000.00. After all they put me thru trips to the doctor local and in Denver they settled out for Two Thousand Dollars. What a bunch of crock. Epic Fail.

They didn’t even wanted to look into my case, they promised a call back the next day to ask more details and sent an email that my case was not going to be taken.

I was referred to Burg Simpson for a Work Comp claim in 2016 after a drunk driver hit me at work, during my initial consultation I learned that I was entitled to a claim through my personal auto insurance too for underinsured motorist. Stephen and Jake Burg took my case and helped me navigate the treacherous waters that is a serious claim with your auto insurance. They worked tirelessly with me for three years on the claim until we came to a settlement that I was comfortable with. Stephen was confident we would win the case in court, but I chose to settle, and Stephen supported my decision 100%. This was among the things I was most impressed with. I was not just a payout to them, they actually cared about what I thought, and they didn't pressure me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Stephen and Jake made sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening during the entire process, and they always returned calls quickly. I would definitely recommend contacting Burg Simpson if your insurance company is not compensating you fairly. As far as the Work Comp claim goes, that is still an open case, but I can say I am nothing but impressed with the care and attention that Nick is providing to my case.

I contacted them in reference on a workers compensation claim. I feel they did an excellent job communicating and getting results. The staff there was wonderful.
