This Firm refused to help a 63 year old senior because they had no email or device to create one. It's a shame that this is what we have become as a society. Dr. causing Surgical errors in Seniors will NOT be held accountable for because we are not computer literate. This is the MOST gross negligence.

I was referred to Jake Burg by my doctor after my auto accident about a year and a half ago. Mr. Burg's team handled my case with utmost professionalism. Nine months after my cervical spine fusion and their great work they were able to obtain a maximum compensation. The Burg Simpson firm was outstanding in handling a very serious case. Their team, of which 10 attorneys participated, invested hundreds of thousands of dollars of their resources, to deal with 5 major neglectful parties. Says all over their website they do exactly what I'm asking them for and then they say on the phone that's not what they do. Wouldn't expect honesty out of them if they won't even do what they say on their website.

I reached out to the firm regarding my car accident, where I and 6 other cars were hit by a landscaping truck on I25. I had an initial phone call with an intake professional scheduled, and was ghosted by that phone call. After I reached out again we rescheduled for the following day where I gave all the details of my case, when I was told they would reach back to me in 2-3 business days. I got a call a week later, with the same person to schedule an actual consult with their lawyer, where she informed me that by making this meeting, the lawyer Holly K. was very interested in my case. I let them know this is very time sensitive, but they still scheduled the consult for 2 weeks later. And wouldn't you guess, I was ghosted again with consult phone call, no notice or explanation. When I reached out again to reschedule and express my concern on this matter being time sensitive, I was told the lawyer had "patchy service" (for a call scheduled for 2 weeks..) and we would reschedule for the following week. I asked if it could be day of, no response on scheduling. Then an email saying they would not accept my case 3 days later. Unbelievably unprofessional, so much time wasted. Don't bother with this group, go to a small locally based personal Injury lawyer. They're just churning and burning.

They never call me back. They don't communicate anything very well. Next time I will deffinwtkwy pick some one that's more personal based than globally.
