David Crough, Stephen Burg, and Jessica Breuer, WON my case! They were faced with a relentless defendant and defense attorney who were no match for them. They believed in me, stuck by me and up for me, and kept fighting for me until they ultimately won a jury trial and then won again in appellate court. They did not take the easy way out - they could have easily advised me to settle but instead had a "bring it on" attitude. They had a huge team working on my case. They were very prepared and brought boxes and boxes of documentation and research to my trial and even designed and created a model of the issue as demonstration for the jury. They are smart, experienced, strong, and responsive. I was so glad I had them representing me and by my side. They even continued to help me post trial when all of their work was done. I highly recommend them!

I can honestly say that although the traffic accident and aftermath was painful and upsetting, what Kelleen, Stephen and Jessica did for me was lifechanging. The end result was that I was afforded to live out my dream of paying for all the training I could while living overseas to be able to teach other scuba divers and people to scuba dive. All the while, living in a tropical paradise. Unlike the stories you hear about lawyers not being attentive to their clients, Burg Simpson and those amazing people listed above were very attentive and thorough and I feel went above and beyond and fought for me. I cannot tell them enough how grateful I am. They had my best interest in mind. Again, the outcome was lifechanging in such a positive way...

I haven't used Burg Simpson but I do find it entertaining that there are so many typos in their commercials. It makes you wonder their attention to detail.

Burg Simpson Law Firm is a superb Firm that will not let you down. I had chemically burned my foot at work. The insurance company decided to deny my claim while in hospital, three weeks into my 34 day stay. I originally contacted one lawyer, and I thought (very wrongly) that she would be ace. However, she made me obtain medical records for her, and when that was not enough, she actually asked me to obtain video surveillance copy so that she can review to decide to take my case. I was unable to do so, and was about to give up, and resign to figuring things out. Then, I contacted Burg Simpson, and things were differrent. Better. Stephan Marsh contacted me, and I explained my situation. He listened patiently to me, and told me that he could obtain medical records and surveillance tape. He took my case a few days later after consulting with his team. I signed the Fee agreement. And, even though it took six months of a terrible time, I Finally received a great cash settlemet. While it would be nice if it was twice as much, it was actually twice as much as I had expected. I expected 20 cents, received 40 centablos basically. I was highly pleased with the outcome. Stephan Marsh is quite an excellent lawyer and I highly commend him and recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic lawyer. In my opinion, I went from the absolute worst WC lawyer to the absolute best.
