I was charged with a DUI in March of 2021, and by May of 2021 my case was resolved and my charges were reduced to a DWAI. Nick Cummings, personally responded to my initial call on a weekend after I was charged and gave me very insightful information on how to keep my license and what steps I needed to complete in order to successfully manage my case. Nick informed me that I would need to proceed with the DMV as well as the criminal courts and that DUI's are handled in a very specific manner, prior to this phone call I had no clue how to proceed. Nick has guided me through the entire process from beginning to end and I could not be more pleased with his services as he has provided me with peace of mind through a very difficult time. Also, Sarah Kirk, the paralegal assist that works in their office is very responsive to emails and gets back to me quickly with information I have requested. Overall, I would recommend this attorney agency to all of my family and friends for all of their legal concerns. I am very pleased with this office as they have exceeded my expectations. They have went above and beyond in ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with the proceedings of my case and I would definitely use their services again if needed in the future.
