I am sorry it took this long to make this review but Nick Cummings is honestly the BEST lawyer in Fort Collins, as is Joe. Nick was once a DA in Fort Collins that prosecuted some small driving charge i had, so of course i was a little biased. Then he started his firm with Joe I believe around 2017/2018 when I needed representation for my divorce and for some reason their name called to me from their very new Google Ad. I was his first (and last) family law case and Nick really did everything for me that he could. Even Joe helped out in moments when he could, unpaid. These lawyers are the best and I still value them as a part of my life. They changed things in my life for the better. I still think of how much you helped, nick and joe. Thank you SO much. ❤🙏

Anyone looking for an attorney could not possible go wrong with Mr. Haltzman. Mr. Haltzman secured my future, I cant thank him enough. Mathew supersedes any attorney I have had in the past. He is diligent, knowledgeable and precise, he works very hard with his clients would highly recommend.

I recently had to deal with an issue with my employer, and I decided to reach out for legal representation to assist with my situation. Based on some prior negative experiences with larger law firms, I reached to Cummings & Petrone based on their being local to the Northern Colorado area, being a smaller firm, and being a firm that was approved through my union's legal protection plan. My situation was given immediate and serious attention, with me calling in late on a Friday afternoon and ending up with an appointment to sit down and talk with Joe Petrone first thing Monday morning. Over the course of the next few months as my situation progressed, Joe reached out regularly to answer questions, give advice, or simply keep me in the loop. On a few occasions when I was a little fired up over developments in my case, Joe was able to keep me grounded and focused on the bigger picture and give me good feedback and advice for how to best proceed. In the end, I was able to get a resolution that I was happy with, and one that was certainly far better than anything I could've potentially managed on my own without representation. Throughout the entire process of about 4 months, Joe remained dedicated to my case and knowledgeable about the particulars of it. I never felt like I was having to keep explaining the same things over and over or that he wasn't paying attention or uninterested in my case, as I'd done in a previous experience with another law firm. Joe routinely answered questions and made sure that my wife and I understood all the options available to us and that we were ultimately comfortable with the proceedings. I was super impressed with the work that Joe did as a part of my case, start to finish. While I hope that I never have occasion to need a lawyer again, should such an occasion arise, I'd certainly use Cummings & Petrone again, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone else as well.

Long story short I got rear-ended in a hit and run. I found Matthew with a quick Google search and it was easily the best decision I made post accident. We met a day or two later and he immediately got me set up with a quality chiropractor and concussion specialist. From start to finish Matt was in communication with me and guided me through all the legal aspects. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
