I was slapped with a rather serious careless driving charge that would have affected my commercial driving career and insurance in a rather devastating manner. Fortunately, I wasted no time in contacting Mr. Haltzmann. His calm, collected manner is enough to put anyone at ease, and I felt even better when I saw how he interacted at the courtroom. Mr. Haltzmann seems to have a productive working relationship with the prosecutors and other personnel at the Fort Collins Municipal Court that allows him to secure excellent deals for his clients. Thanks to his efforts my careless driving charge was reduced to a defective brakes citation, which has no effect on either my insurance or career. Mr. Haltzmann is very knowledgeable about commercial driving and CDL cases, and I would advise anyone who drives for a living to hire this firm should your career be threatened by a traffic charge. Even if you don't drive commercially, this guy is your best choice for any traffic related offenses in the NoCo area.
