Bill Doutt took on my case and was nothing but professional. I was in a hit and run accident on my bicycle that left me in the hospital for 3 days. He was always available if I had any questions and updates. He even gave me advice on the first consultation with him on steps I should take if I decided to not get a lawyer. Also he was a great liaison between me and the DAs office taking on the criminal case. The outcome turn out better then was expected. In addition to her legal acumen, Shannon was empathetic and understood our family's struggles. In some way our family was injured and traumatized.
