We reached out to Sara Stieben at a time of crisis in our family needing to withdraw from a pending lawsuit we could no longer afford to pursue . We needed to sell our house ASAP for financial reasons, and leave the area. We had no idea what or how to withdraw/dismiss without penalty and were getting really close to deposition dates, etc. Sara acted quickly and professionally by reaching out to the opposing counsel, negotiating a walk-away settlement and filing the appropriate forms to the court for us! Best Law Firm in Colorado! Over a year ago, while visiting family in Fort Collins, Colorado, I walked into a freshly mopped hotel elevator. There was no signage of any kind. I took two steps, slipped and fell hard on the cement floor…tearing my rotator cuff. I was in constant pain for several months. The hotel’s insurance company was intentionally minimizing my injury, so I felt I needed aggressive legal representation.
