In reading all the great reviews I wonder why I am being treated so differently. Any attempt at communication is met with divisiveness, avoidance, if not out right hostility. Nothing is being explained. No communication. It's been hard in large part because of the way I've been treated by attorneys. I hope Jennifer is helping me. I know they have contractors who are. There is just so little communication, and any there is is met with impatience. Unreturned phone calls, scathing e-mails or zero response to emails. I am not being kept up do date on issues. Lack of communication causes more stress than the issue itself. Knowing you can't reach your attorney if you need to, more stress. It's already stressful without his on top of it. I'm being made to feel like a bother. I can only hope she and her team are working in the background, but it would be good to understand what is happening. No I'm not leaving my real name.

Jennifer and the rest of the team are amazing. The time, effort, and care that they put into helping me through one of the most stressful times in my life is unmatched. Their dedication to me as a client exceeded my expectations. Any questions I had were answered, any concerns that came about where matched with suggestions that would help my case, and most importantly they were honest and straight forward with me. Jennifer Gersch been very responsive and creative in her ideas and solutions to our legal needs and she and her wonderful assistant Debby even went so far as to mail a $1 paper check to get legal records for us! We appreciate the personal attention and speedy work on time-sensitive issues.

Justie and I worked together for four months. She even hired an independent social worker/therapist to work with me all that time to create a full clinical picture of my life which helped a ton in court. Justie's accomplishments were incredible. She navigated a convoluted case of various probations across district and county courts, new charges being heard in both courts, and successfully argued to close all of my probations for a short stint with an ankle monitor to satisfy my new probation (for the new charges and violating probation) that will last not much longer than my ankle monitor time. Thanks to Justie, her team, and Kathleen (the social worker), I am done with my monitor on the 6th of August, done with my new probation that went with my monitor on or around the 26th of August, and have no longer had to go in to see my probation officer except one last time after court when I had the monitor put on. I'm not technically in the clear yet, but thanks to Justie and company, I am living my life more like a free man, rather than facing six months jail time like I was and in constant despair.
