This is the type of law firm that gives the legal profession a bad name!
Rather than trying to simply find reasonable solutions and save their clients' money, they try to rack up fees for unnecessary work. Their ethics are questionable, and I've seen them mis-represent information for their own gain.
The world needs more honest lawyers and this isn't the place to go if you want to find one.

Laughable firm with a penchant for petty disputes & hidden fees. They will bill you for asking their colleague a 3 minute question, and not to mention their reception staff looks and sounds like they hate their life & will take it out on you. Pete Dauster in particular, never work with him in your life. There is a reason his name is last on the marquee. Avoid this firm at all costs!

It was a very bad experience with this law firm. I hired Mr. Kevin Ward because of an unfair eviction order that they were giving me, so I hired him to help me in this case and he did nothing, he just stole my money, I did it all for him. I gave him 1,500 dollars to handle my case and he did not help him at all I had to represent myself in court all he did was steal my money since of the 1,500 dollars he only returned 350 very bad lawyer

Mike Samelson was extremely helpful with an urgent estate matter this past month. When trying to sell a house held by an estate he was able to explain to us what the title company needed and make it happen with very little lead time. This is the second time I have used Mike for estate planning and will be going back to him again in the future.
