I worked with Troy and Amy over the last 16 months for a case where I was hit by a car while cycling. They were quickly responsive and extremely helpful, and helped guide me through the nightmare which is dealing with insurance. I’ve been consistently impressed by their work ethic and advocacy. Karl made the frustrating experience as good as it could be. The other party wouldn't budge re liability, but Karl gathered evidence, and was eventually able to come to terms that covered my injuries, medical costs, and rehab. The whole process took > 1 year, and he was with me the whole way.

Although I did not end up with them becoming my lawyer, the time they spent with me was valuable and really mattered. It was only an initial consultation, (at no cost) but I was given advice, tools to proceed on my own, and the certainty that as I progressed on my own they would always be there if I needed. I was in a bad car accident in the fall of 2020 and the other driver was completely at fault.
