Mrs Stoppenhagen and Selena Salinas were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled to my satisfaction and the advice was always spot on. They didn't try to "wrack up the dollars" and were very efficient. I would use them again if needed and would definitely recommend them to others.

My attorney was Karlee Stoppenhagen, Keller at the time when we started my divorce process. I trusted that despite of her being not experienced, the firm would help her and she would ask them when not 100% sure how to advise me. She completely destroyed my life with her incompetence. It's scary that people like that are able to put themselves in charge of other people's future. Also when we originally talked about my legal "advice" expenses, she said $3,000-$6,000 depending how complicated the case will turn out. Well, my total bill for her "expertise" ended up being close to $24,000!!! and I owe over half a million dollars to my ex over 19 years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Mrs. Stoppenhagen and the whole practice that has the nerve to stand behind her abilities. Absolutely horrifying experience. She should be forbidden to practice law.

This law firm will over charge you. They act as if 3 different lawyers have to look over a simple answer to the court. Make up things you are charged for not give a real explanation of what its for. They talked ill about me to my ex who i was in court with. When we finally got to the court date that was only to put in for a mediator that is all not to talk about custody or anything i was already charged over $5000.00 for a 3 min court hearing then continued to charge me after i said no more without my ok first $3000.00 more before i fired them before i even got to my court date that i still havent had now they say i owe them my retainer plus 900 more dollars for what?? DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!

Was told by my lawyer while fighting for my kids that daycare was not my responsibility and to quit paying that bill, 3 months later I am in contempt of court. So I ask my lawyer about it- and her answer basically is; since she's no longer my lawyer she can't give me any advice. Way to hang someone out for doing what you tell them to do. Would never suggest this firm because they will not back their client at all.

Horrible law firm. I felt Karlee had a full case load therefore she had no time for my case and should have never took it on. I was called by the wrong name multiple times and could tell most things were copy and paste from former cases. She took notes durning a phone call with me (so I thought) then would email me the same questions so I felt I wasn’t being listened to and that I was paying double for it.

I highly recommend Karlee Stoppenhagen for your divorce or family legal needs. She was professional, compassionate yet realistic, and efficient. You won't find a better advocate for your case.
