I initially hired another lawyer and regretted it after about a month and then found RD. I’m so glad I did. He took a huge amount of stress off of me because he actually answers his phone and emails. I had a hard time with that with my previous lawyer. RD does a wonderful job explaining how the process works. I can tell he is a down to earth genuine good person who takes pride in his work. I can tell he cares about people and doesn’t treat people like just another client. I was very lucky to find him on Google. You will not regret hiring him.

100% the most competent effective lawyer I have ever encountered. Feel free to put ALL of your faith in this man. He is decent, honest and knows the law better than all of the others. Update: 5 months later and Steve has continued to contacted me several times following up making sure that I am doing everything I need to do. Unfortunately we as average citizens need a guide to help us through our legal processes. I'm still a raving fan of Mr. Vertucci. Even more so now. I've hired so many soulless lawyers over the years. This man's soul is in tact. He will walk you through this, guide you, actually care about your case and he covers all of the bases. He is a pillar of justice in my eyes. He's just a really great guy.

What can you say About Steve and Starla and the gang? They helped me navigate a horrible life event with ease, support, compassion, and empathy. Most of all, they helped create a fair and positive outcome. I cannot recommend Mr Vertucci high enough. He is truly THE solution if you need him.

The attorney on my divorce case was Joanne Crebassa, and it's my understanding she is an associate of Mr. Vertucci. Ms. Crebassa was knowledgeable and helpful, but also somewhat lackadaisical, forgetful and unresponsive. I often had to explain important details of my case to Ms. Crebassa multiple times, especially regarding my marital finances/debts. She frequently did not copy me on correspondence with my ex-wife and her attorney even when I asked, and she would often not address questions I had regarding my case in a timely manner. It was clear to me that I was never a priority to her. Once, she appeared nearly 15 minutes late to a status conference with a judge. I was also not thrilled with how my personal finances (debts, assets, equity) were managed. The platform that was used to ascertain this information was outdated and not user-friendly. And again, I found myself explaining important details to my attorney multiple times only for them to be missed or misreported. I feel like I could have (and should have) obtained more in my divorce settlement. But it seemed to me like both Ms. Crebassa and my ex-wife's attorney were aiming to put our case in trial in order to make more money off our divorce. I should have done a lot of things deferent in hindsight, and one of them perhaps was to use a deferent divorce attorney. I was happy to have someone with her knowledge on my side, but I feel that my case disserved a lot more attention from her than it got. Ms. Crebassa is a sweet and personable professional, and she very empathetic. I could see how having her would be helpful in cases involving children. But if you have a case like mine, without children, and only involving complex debts and financials, do yourself a favor and use another firm.

As a fellow Family Law attorney, I really like this practitioner. He’s intelligent, level-headed, has good judgment, is well-regarded in the community, and has great people skills which are all essential elements to handling cases in a professional manner.

Maybe I would have been satisfied Mr. Vertucci was my lawyer but I was passed off to an associate who was very poor at communication and I didn't want to spend the lawyers hourly fee trying to get clear communication so I ended up feeling alone and unrepresented. Did my best to get what I needed on my own because changing lawyers in the middle of a divorce is more expense and stress.

Worst professionalism. Disregarded everything I brought up as a concern for my children which has come true... Again. She refused to communicate by phone when asked after she wasn't able to make it to our first home appointment. She claimed she came to my home for the makeup appointment, but my door cam showed she hadn't. Then she blamed me for not providing the correct address. Basically she did not conduct a through investigation and wrote a report favoring the other party in my case. I've consulted with another professional who indicates she's shown bias towards mothers against the fathers who are fighting for basic rights just to be in their kids lives. Her professionalism towards me in my case left me smh against family courts in general.

Recommend Dion. He was very quick and dependable. Hope to not need an attorney again but if I do , DION will be my choice !!! Thank you for the quick response and caring !!! Greatly appreciate you !!
