Will Breitigam is an excellent attorney! My case got to a point where most attorneys would give in but not Will, he kept fighting until my charges were dismissed! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good defense attorney that will work hard for them!

I'm so thankful I found RD Pascoe to help me with my divorce. I tried doing it myself and was totally overwhelmed. RD stepped in after we had already mediated. Within 1 week, he had an agreement with my uncooperative ex spouse signed and in front of the Magistrate. He's extremely ethical in billing, not wasting time on things he knows won't bring results. Knows the law and judicial system well. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful with the results during the hardest part of my life after 41 years of marriage. I highly recommend RD.

Mr. Pascoe did a great job getting my Stipulation to End Support drafted, signed by all parties, and filed with the court in about a week's time! I was amazed! Months later, my employer unexpectedly requested additional paperwork. RD immediately returned my call for assistance and was able to guide me through to the finish line. Family law is messy business. SO much is at stake, it is very difficult to think logically and clearly especially in high-conflict situations. After having to fire two other attorneys over very simple things like not keeping appointments and not calling back, I found Steve. He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but he was honest, direct and caring. I was presented with practical solutions and ended up getting what my kids needed to feel safe and secure, which was my ultimate goal. It is also important to highlight that Steve truly understands family law and how things are run in Larimer County. My former husband's attorney's area of expertise was primarily business law so she really made things difficult from a lack of understanding. Steve was patient without being petty, which would have only escalated our stressful situation. It took almost 5 years of back-and-forth before I hired Steve. After he got involved, our issues ended up taking about 9 months to resolve. I would hire Steve and his team again in an instant, but he and I both agreed we'd rather not have to do it ever again. Called Shawn this morning with some questions about my divorce, the advice given was very good and he guided me through what would happen in court for every question I had. Where do i begin? Shawn is an incredible listener, has insight and knowledge not only with family law, but with people as well. He is generous with his time and knowledge.
