This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a service. Especially a service that entailed children. I hired Lisa Wiebel to help get and keep my son in my life. I was told her that she has years of experience in child custody. I highly advice you everyone to think twice before you hire her to help with anything related to children. She used up my entire retainer and got nothing done. I still haven't seen my son and she has been working for me for me OVER a YEAR. I really feel like i got my money stolen.Actually it was stolen bc i got nothing for my money. She would never return my calls or emails. It took me between 2-4 weeks to hear back from her. Even after calling multiple times a week and leaving messages. This situation has made me so mad and so sad. I gave her all the money i had to try and get my son back in my life. By the grace of god i was able to afford another lawyer. I hired another lawyer about 3 weeks ago now and im schedule to see my son by the end of the month. Also i might add that i hired Lisa and had already filed all the paper work that needed to be filed to start this process. I had already came to agreement with the other party on child support. She literally just had to get visitation set up. COULD NOT DO IT. I dont like talking badly about anyone but i feel people need to know this because i know how it feels to give all your money to someone after they tell you they will do certain things for you and not one thing was done. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

I was charged with a DUID after I was pulled over during an asthma attack. I did have prescription medication on board...and was on lots of pain medication that was prescribed for an unrelated condition...but was not intoxicated. Brad was so incredibly honest about the positives and negatives of my case. His advice was spot-on perfect the entire 9 months of my nightmare. He fought for me where he thought there was a valid fight to be had, and then he stood up for me as a client and human being in that court room when my fate was on the line. And then he did the same at the DMV months after my case was settled, for no extra fee. He bothered to learn about who I am and what is going on in my life, and he remembered that and used it to my advantage more than once. Retain this attorney.

Brad provided me excellent representation in my DWAI case. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very direct in terms of his advice. His model of working on a fixed fee based on the stages of the case gave me confidence that he was representing me each step of the way and not trying to create another hour to bill. I am confident the resolution I got was appropriate and the outcome was as good as it could have been, given the circumstances. Thanks Brad.

I retained Brad after being arrested for a DUI in Larimer County. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with both the court case and DMV hearing. I would rehire Brad if need be and would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

I was maliciously accused of trespassing. Despite having proof that I was in fact not trespassing, Brad was the ONLY attorney determined to help me. He listened carefully and quickly gained my trust. He was the only attorney I met with willing to try and fight to get my charges dropped, rather than just making a deal. He of course explained that he could not promise anything, but I had confidence in him, and rightfully so. He got my charges dismissed! Furthermore, its clear Brad genuinely cares about his clients. I would be stupid not to hire him again if I ever need to. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney, you won't be disappointed by him!

I had a DUI charge against me so I hired Brad Martin in Greeley, Colorado. With the DA and Brad they were able to plea bargain and drop my DUI charges. How amazing is that!! I did get charged with a DWAI which is way better than a DUI. The reason the DUI charge was dropped was due to my recent history of concussions/traumatic brain injury. They felt the TBI affected my driving worse than the alcohol which was a pretty low BAC but over .08. Thank you so much, Brad! You are awesome!
