I have never met an attorney as wonderful and caring as Havilah. She met with me virtually to go over the details of the case and what the police were using as evidence against me. I was involved in a minor traffic situation that initially resulted in no ticket. After almost a year later I was mailed one which had very severe charges. I retained the services of Havilah and she was able to get the case dismissed. I was looking at potential jail time, hefty fines, 8 plus points on my license and skyrocketing insurance rates if I were to be found guilty. The Weld county courts are ruthless however, Havilah has a lot of experience working with them and has a great reputation with the DA and judges. Don’t hire anyone else, it will cost more and likely won’t gave the outcome you desire. You need someone to represent you quickly, efficiently and who will work on your behalf. I hope to never need a lawyer again, however should the need arise I won’t hesitate to call.

I would highly recommend Havilah’s firm. My conversations with Havilah were always substantive and informative which translated into the court room.
