My shoulder injuries took 10 years to get straightened out. I had 4 surgeries, but nothing done to my neck which is still in pain. I now have a Medicare set aside to help with my neck pain and continued medication. I was expecting a larger settlement, but it wasn't do to the length of time on the claim and the ineptness of the workers comp people. A special thanks to Ronda and Brandy who took care of all my questions. They also helped with my medications and dealing with workers comp when I had problems.

After having broken my spine in several places in a work related incident the work comp insurance company refused to pay for surgery, both Jacqui Condon and Deidra Dewey took on my case, within months they were able to get the process started and I was able to have major surgery from t-3 to l2 rods put in my back. They were also able to get me pay while I unable to work. Since this injury has changed my life forever and the insurance company would probably rather I expire than to take care of it Kaplan morrell was able to get me a satisfactory settlement which pays for my ongoing medical needs and then some. The two of them are absolutely wonderful and the communication was and still has been fantastic. I highly recommend.

Not only was my case a difficult mess, I live in the boonies and it can be very difficult to get ahold of me. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not always the easiest person to deal with - high maintenance is probably an understatement lol! Through it all they both worked their asses off and always made time for me when I needed them. I can honestly say that through it all there was NEVER a point where I felt like they were ignoring me or not giving me everything they could! They are both very dedicated to their clients! I could email at any time and would get a response no later than the following day, and a few times I even got an immediate response!
