Britton was referred to me by a friend while I was laying in the hospital coming to the realization of what had just happened to me. After notifying my former employer that I was in the hospital the informed me that I had be let go. Next the workers comp company denied coverage. With mounting medical bills and an injury that would impact me for the rest of my life. This was a very scary situation to be in. My first call with Britton he told me he would fight like hell for me and today after everything has been said and done. I 100% believe he followed through his word. Every step of he or someone from his staff would check in and explain what happened happening with my case. SEE UPDATE BELOW Sheila and her team are AWESOME! Sheila has been extremely diligent with my case and keeping me updated on the progress. She has been easy to contact and responds promptly. She listens to what I need and has been willing to fight for me. Great collaboration. 4/22/24 UPDATE This firm and the above mentioned attorney has failed to acknowledge me as a client with a disability. Which is discrimination. At first I thought it was just the insurance carrier that was the problem. I have discovered that it starts with my attorney. She has refused to relay and get me accommodations needed for my disability. She has not and continues to not relay to opposing attornies and judges that I am disabled. Now I am being required to travel in a manner that does not accommodate my disabilities and will worsen my injury. Avoid this attorney she discriminates against people with disabilities.
