Mr. Kaplan took my case after several other attorneys had turned it down. My husband was a nurse who passed away as a result of being exposed to COVID which occurred at his place of employment. Mike made no false promises. Mike told me from the start it would be difficult to prove when and where his COVID exposure took place. Mike was still willing to take the case and advocate for my deceased spouse. After much work and negotiations Mike was successful in obtaining a settlement. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his team. Mike was always sensitive to the fact that I was a grieving widow and was kind enough to listen when I needed to vent. This firm is reliable, honest, trust-worthy and they work hard for their clients. I am so happy to have had this firm on my side. Thank you for all you did for me and continue to do for others.
