It was great having Michael on my side. I lost my finger in a work accident and Michael made sure that I received excellent medical treatment and was compensated fairly. Highly recommend!

No one wants to get injured. But when you do you need someone that's gonna represent you. Workers comp ins companies are looking at their own best interest, to pay out the least amount possible. I feel that Michael Kaplan and his team, worked to get the best case scenario for the injured worker. Most of us think that the workers compensation board and the worker compensation doctors are looking out for your best interest, the only one looking truely looking for your best interest is Michael Kaplan. Michael is truly a cut above, absolutely one of the good ones! My husband had a catastrophic work injury roughly 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, I found Michael and his information packed website after my husband already had an attorney.
