No one wants to get injured. But when you do you need someone that's gonna represent you. Workers comp ins companies are looking at their own best interest, to pay out the least amount possible.
I feel that Michael Kaplan and his team, worked to get the best case scenario for the injured worker. Most of us think that the workers compensation board and the worker compensation doctors are looking out for your best interest, the only one looking truely looking for your best interest is Michael Kaplan.

She is amazing caring and smart. She knows her stuff and knows the other side. I never needed to ask what was next because she was on top of things. The whole team are kind and always helpful. I would not go to anyone else. Hands down they made my experience easy and I didn’t worry about anything. I am so grateful to Jacqui. You can handle everything on the phone, text, emails and zoom so you don’t need to go into the office. I can’t say enough about Jacqui. Thank you for everything!

Mike Kaplan worked very hard for me. He truly does care about his clients. After he won my case he still continued to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok, he didn't have to take the time to do that. I would highly recommend Mike Kaplan he will fight for you.

Jacqui Condon and Deidra Deery at Kaplan Morrell were an amazing team! I was so fortunate to have them on my side with my two disability claims. No matter how complicated my claims were, Jacque and Deidra explained the legal jargon to me in a way I could understand. Even if I asked the same question multiple times, they took the time to help me (which I needed a lot of help!). They were always kind and eventually I felt I became part of their families. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Jacque and Deidra, they are two smart cookies.
