I had starting working with Rhonda and her office and she immediately jumped in to help me. I am very grateful I had legal guidance navigating a workman’s comp claim because honestly as an individual you will get disregarded and ignored. I think Kaplan Morell and Rhonda are very qualified when it comes to getting people compensated for getting injured on the job as Rhonda mentioned she used to work for one of the insurance companies. Sometimes it’s not what you know it’s who you know, and if you meet the right people you can find some peace knowing someone is in your corner! They helped me get compensated and get me some more care which the insurance companies didn’t want to do for me anymore after my doctor basically kicked me out as a patient and said I was “fine” because I had better range of motion since I was injured but months later a specialist said that was not the case and they’re getting me more maintenance care and to the right people, which is awesome. I am pretty young to endure such an injury and Rhonda and her team made sure everyone was on the same page about that and helped me immensely! Rhonda was very kind and guided me in the right direction at my own discretion, it was always up to me and I felt very included and in control of the narrative the whole time! Mike and Tammy, Now that everything is basically done I wanted to reach out and say Thank you both so much for everything you both have done. Your genuine caring for your clients like my family and I has made this process a lot easier than it was before you both were involved in my case. My only regret is that I didn't know enough about my rights and hiring you sooner as I believe that may have alleviated a lot of the stress and anxiety I went through this process. I honestly believe that I will always have some medical issues from this case. My hope is that now that I'm in control of my care and treatment that I can get as well as I can be.
