I am more than pleased with my experience with Baker Law Group! They had been a referral from my cousin who also had retained them for Probate services. Lawyer Brian Petz and Para-legal Jennifer Crossland handled my Mother's Probate in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I appreciated their sound legal advice and thorough approach when I had questions on the process, what filings they would need to make on behalf of the Estate as well as specific concerns I had such as how to handle an unwanted Timeshare and the selling the decedents home. Brian even drafted addenda to the Realtor contract to help protect the Estate from potentially excessive commission fees. Brian and Jennifer assisted me throughout the entire Probate process and all communication via email/phone was handled quickly and efficiently. I truly felt that they valued me as a client. I recommend them very highly.

Total crooks. Was charged $1800 to draft a letter. They never finished it. Never send me a draft. Then I get another invoice for $2700 more dollars. SCAM

I agree with all the 1 star ratings this firm has received here and other rating websites. Wish I could do way less than 1 star thog. This people makes my stomach shrink. We still have a case open with them, but after 4 month of paying bills with no details more than: Online researches, Case Review Meetings, Review/analyze, many people doing same thing over and over and billing us over and over for the same thing, so, almost $9,000 later, we have decided to cut our loses and terminate our agreement with them. Our case was a done deal, we gave a contractor $40,000 dollars to build an addition to one of our bedrooms and he never did anything, we file in court previously and we just needed the court to rule in our favor since the defendant knowing he has to paid decided not to spend money in lawyers and simply did not respond to the court requests. We hired Baker Law to conclude this case, I specifically told Andrew what we were looking for, however, he had another plan in mind, he did what he needed to do in order to extend the length of this case so they keep billing us. Their billing practices are absolutely arbitrary and UNETHICAL. They are the kind of lawyers that need to be put in jail for getting a license to legally take advantage of people in need. For all of you in search of help, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very inefficient. They seem to be far more focused on billing than accomplishing anything. Following the initial consultation, I only had interaction with a secretary and a paralegal and yet they managed to burn through my retainer, providing very little to show for it. I will have to hire a different firm and more or less start from scratch. Complete waste of money.
